What is Healite II

The deep penetrating LED lights are soothing and target deep into skin cells to heighten their internal functions. Patients of all ages and skin types can benefit from the pain free, non-invasive, athermal and easy to apply Healite treatment. It is a painless and well tolerated treatment, with no side effects or downtime.

We have specifically introduced this innovative Low-Level Light Therapy (LLLT) to assist our patients with post surgical wound healing.

Your surgeon will discuss how you may benefit from using Healite as it relates to your specific surgery, including how many treatments are recommended and how often.

Generally, if Healite is being recommended post surgery you can expect a series of 8 treatments in the weeks following your procedure. Each Healite session is generally quick (15-20 minutes) and there isn’t any downtime. In fact, many people describe the treatment as relaxing.
