In June Rob Capstick is traveling overseas to gain subspecialty experience before returning to Melbourne next year. Rob is certainly going to be missed however the experience and expertise he will gain in this overseas training will benefit us all on his return. Rob has a keen interest in the field of facial surgery and the subspeciality training he is undertaking is focussing on facial surgery and will expand his knowledge and expertise in dealing with complex facial trauma reconstruction, managing functional and aesthetic issues of the face as well as secondary revision surgery eg rhinoplasty and orthognathic (jaw) surgery. We wish him an amazing 12 months and look forward to seeing him in 2025.
